Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register and maintain a jl798 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gaming through jl798's self-exclusion program or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jl798 or any of its affiliate companies.
• You have not previously had a jl798 Account terminated for cause.
• Online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction in which you are physically present at the time of accessing the Platform.

jl798 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

Only one (1) Account per individual is permitted. jl798 employs technical and manual processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, jl798 will close all but the earliest registered account, and any Bonus Balance in any duplicate account will be forfeited. Real Money Balances in confirmed duplicate accounts are subject to review and may be withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jl798 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jl798 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify jl798 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of your Account security. jl798 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, except where such losses result from jl798's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

You must ensure that all information provided to jl798 during registration and subsequently remains accurate, current, and complete. You must update your Account information promptly if it changes. jl798 may suspend Account access where it has reason to believe that Account information is inaccurate or outdated.

jl798 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or transfer your Account or any balance therein to any other person. Suspected account transfers will be treated as a violation of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension.

4.1 Deposits. jl798 accepts deposits through GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your jl798 Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt, subject to the processing characteristics of the relevant payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes as standard. Bank transfers are processed within thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes during standard banking hours. jl798 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed from the Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. jl798 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where it deems this necessary for compliance purposes.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on jl798 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl798 does not accept foreign currency deposits and is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player's payment provider.

4.5 Limits. jl798 may impose maximum deposit and withdrawal limits on individual Accounts or across the Platform in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and internal risk management policy. Players may also set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their Account settings.

5.1 General. jl798 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using multiple accounts or devices constitutes fraud and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. jl798 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus credits that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been met at the time of modification may be forfeited at jl798's reasonable discretion.

5.5 Abuse. jl798 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonus winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused the bonus system, including through systematic exploitation of low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, whether individually or in coordination with other Players.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game on the jl798 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules applicable to a specific game shall prevail for matters relating solely to gameplay mechanics.

6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games offered on jl798 are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed in each game's information panel. jl798 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot override certified RNG systems.

6.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including server errors, connectivity failures, or software bugs — jl798 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant Player's Account. jl798 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's own technical issues, including device failures or internet connectivity problems.

6.4 Disputed Results. If a Player believes a game result is incorrect, the Player must submit a complaint to jl798 customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed game round. jl798 will review server logs and game data to resolve the dispute. jl798's determination, made in good faith based on available data, shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl798 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one jl798 Account.
• Collusion: Working with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another account in multiplayer games for the purpose of transferring value.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to play, bet, or interact with any game or feature on the Platform.
• Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through software exploitation will be void and forfeited.
• Money Laundering: Using the jl798 Platform to launder money or fund terrorist activities, in violation of Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and related Philippine laws.
• Underage Access: Registering or allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your Account or the Platform's gaming Services.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider without first attempting resolution through jl798 customer support.

8.1 By jl798. jl798 may suspend or terminate your Account with or without prior notice where: (a) you are in breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) jl798 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable law; (c) jl798 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or (d) your Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

8.2 By the Player. You may close your jl798 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure in good standing, any Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.3 Balance on Termination for Cause. Where jl798 terminates an Account due to a breach of this Agreement or for cause, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is established, jl798 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Bonus Balances are automatically forfeited upon Account termination regardless of cause.

8.4 Survival. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect following Account closure.

jl798 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and its own obligations as a licensed operator. Gambling is entertainment. jl798 provides the following tools to help Players maintain healthy gaming habits:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 72 hours after a reduction is applied.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays session duration information during active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains open but gaming and deposits are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely restrict access to their jl798 Account may request self-exclusion through customer support. jl798 will implement the exclusion within 24 hours of the request. Self-exclusion may also be requested through PAGCOR's responsible gaming channels.

jl798 complies with PAGCOR's requirements regarding the identification and management of problem gambling behavior. Our customer support team is trained to respond appropriately to indicators of problem gambling and to direct Players to responsible gaming resources.

All content on the jl798 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations — is the property of jl798 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jl798's prior written consent.

You must not use any jl798 trademark, logo, or service mark in any way that could cause confusion, disparagement, or suggest affiliation with jl798 without express written authorization.

11.1 Disclaimer. The jl798 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl798 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

11.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, jl798's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount deposited by you to jl798 in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim; or (b) ₱50,000.

11.3 Excluded Losses. jl798 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, whether or not jl798 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.4 Force Majeure. jl798 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, power failures, or telecommunications failures.

11.5 Gambling Losses. By accepting this Agreement and using jl798's gaming Services, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the amounts you wager. jl798 is not liable for gambling losses incurred by Players in the normal course of using the Platform, and such losses are not recoverable.

jl798 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The specific details of how jl798 collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information — and your rights as a data subject under Philippine law — are set out in jl798's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By registering an Account with jl798, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that all personal information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to provide it.

jl798 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to: (a) service providers acting under jl798's instructions; (b) PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law; and (c) parties expressly consented to by you.

jl798 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Agreement will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered email address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the jl798 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 8.2.

14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and all matters relating to your use of jl798 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Regulatory Oversight. jl798 operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR. Any complaint against jl798 that cannot be resolved through jl798's internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. Before escalating any dispute to external authorities, Players must first submit the complaint in writing to jl798 customer support. jl798 will acknowledge the complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve it within fifteen (15) business days. Complex disputes may require additional time, in which case jl798 will communicate an estimated resolution timeline.

14.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, any dispute not resolved through the internal process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.5 Language. This Agreement is executed in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between any translation of this Agreement and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
